Join a small group of dedicated writers (max 12 for Journey, max 8 for Odyssey) who meet consistently throughout your membership. Your cohort becomes your core creative community—people who know your work, support your goals, and hold you accountable.

Rolling entry means you can join when you're ready rather than waiting for a start date.

Before your first cohort meeting, you'll have a dedicated one-on-one session with your assigned mentor.

For Journey members (60 minutes): This session covers goal clarification, current project assessment, program orientation, and accountability partner matching. You'll enter your first cohort session oriented, prepared, and clear on your path forward.

For Odyssey members (90 minutes): Everything in the Journey onboarding, plus professional team needs assessment (so we know whether you'll want editing hours, cover design input, marketing review, etc.) and preliminary year-long trajectory mapping.

Meet with your cohort every two weeks for structured sessions that combine focused feedback with skill development. Each 90-minute session includes a 30-minute hot seat (concentrated feedback on one member's work or challenge) plus 60 minutes of teaching, discussion, or hands-on group activities.

We offer cohort times throughout the week—mornings, afternoons, and evenings—as well as weekend options. During onboarding, we'll work with you to place you in a cohort that fits your schedule.

Sessions are recorded for members who can't attend live—so you never miss what your cohort is working on.

During bi-weekly meetings, one member takes the "hot seat" for 30 minutes of focused, intensive feedback from the entire cohort and facilitator. This is your chance to bring a specific piece of work, a challenge you're facing, or a decision you're wrestling with—and get the full attention and insight of your group.

With one hot seat per bi-weekly session, each member in a 12-person cohort receives approximately two hot seat opportunities per year.

Get matched with a fellow cohort member as your accountability partner. This is someone to check in with between sessions, share progress, troubleshoot challenges, and keep each other on track.

We facilitate the initial matching based on your goals and working style; the ongoing relationship is yours to shape.

Journey and Odyssey members get complete access to our recorded workshop library—past sessions on craft, business, marketing, mindset, and more. Learn at your own pace, revisit topics as needed, and supplement your cohort experience with self-directed study.

Once a month, all Journey and Odyssey members come together for a cross-cohort professional development session. These seminars rotate through craft topics (structure, voice, revision, genre techniques) and business topics (platform building, publishing paths, marketing, career sustainability).

It's your chance to learn alongside the broader community and connect with writers outside your immediate cohort. Core members may attend individual sessions at a per-session rate.

Every three months, meet one-on-one with your mentor for a 45–60 minute strategy session. This is dedicated time for reviewing your progress, assessing what's working, adjusting goals, and planning your focus for the upcoming quarter.

These sessions are scheduled at your convenience—we'll find a time that works for you.

Unlike the structured quarterly strategy sessions, monthly mentorship adapts to what you need most—craft questions, mindset challenges, working through a specific problem, career decisions, or anything else that comes up in your writing life.

Sessions are scheduled at your convenience—your mentor works with your availability, not the other way around.

In addition to monthly mentorship, Odyssey members receive separate 60-minute quarterly strategy sessions focused specifically on big-picture alignment. Review progress against goals, assess what's working, recalibrate priorities, and map the quarter ahead.

This structured review complements your monthly mentorship conversations—giving you both ongoing support and dedicated planning time.

Access our professional creative team for personalized consultations. Your 3 hours per quarter can be used flexibly across services: content strategy sessions, developmental feedback on your manuscript, editing consultations, cover design input, or marketing review.

Split the time across multiple services or batch it for one intensive focus. Hours reset quarterly.

Between scheduled sessions, reach your mentor directly with questions, updates, or things you're working through. You'll receive a response within 48 hours.
